준비물
초코찹쌀프리믹스 150g, 계란 1개, 우유 70g
오일류(버터 or 코코넛 오일 or 포도씨유 모두 가능) 10g, 초코칩 30g

오일10g(버터일 경우 거품기로 잘 풀어준다)
계란1개와 우유 70g을 넣고 풀어 준다.
초코찹쌀프리믹스를 섞어 반죽을 완성한 뒤 반죽에 초코칩 반 정도 넣어준다.
반죽을 머핀컵에 3분의2 정도 담아준다.
초코칩으로 장식 해준다(집에 있는 견과류도 가능)
예열된 에어프라이어(오븐도 가능)에 150도로 20분 정도 굽는다.
